Nice workout blog from this young lady

Monday’s workout! I have been having a not so healthy week compared to last week.  I have eaten out way too often with family and now its time to get back to business.  I weighed in at 164.4 today. 5 lbs away from my first goal, 19lbs away from my overall goal.

-30 min of speed walking on the treadmill.  When I put the treadmill at an incline and speed walk at a 4.0, I use way more hip and feel the burn on my butt and upper thighs.  Nice for a change from running every once in a while.

-3 sets of Plank/Mountain Climbers-30 second Plank/20 Mountain Climbers repeated 3 times.
