Study Says Drinking Diet Sodas Help You Lose Weight

According to the study, after 12 weeks, the group that drank diet sodas lose more weight that the group that quit sodas cold turkey (drank only water). Probably you need to dig deeper into the study to reach your own conclusion. For example, what happens after 1 year instead of 12 weeks? But there you have it, you can lose weight by drinking diet soda, according to this study.
